Terms of Engagement

XelvornBitCa provides digital consulting, automation mapping, and workflow optimization services. These terms govern your interaction with our platform and define the operational boundaries of our consulting engagements.
Section 1. Scope of Services
XelvornBitCa delivers technical architecture diagnostics, workflow automation mapping, and enterprise integration consulting. Our engagements are strictly limited to technical analysis, architectural design, and deployment support. We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory compliance guarantees beyond technical implementation parameters.
Section 2. Nature of Deliverables
All architectural frameworks, diagnostic consoles, and operational runbooks are delivered as technical reference materials. These deliverables require your internal engineering teams to execute production deployments. XelvornBitCa maintains responsibility for architectural accuracy but does not assume liability for downstream system failures arising from improper implementation.
Section 3. Acceptable Use Policy
Diagnostic consoles and technical audit tools may only be utilized for authorized enterprise infrastructure. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary mapping algorithms, expose credential endpoints to unauthorized personnel, or utilize platform interfaces for competitive analysis beyond your operational scope.
Section 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All architectural methodologies, diagnostic interfaces, and mapping frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of XelvornBitCa. Client-specific data, network topology diagrams, and proprietary business logic retain full ownership with your organization. Licensing agreements govern the temporary use of our diagnostic tools during active engagements.
Section 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All technical services are provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted platform access. Architectural recommendations undergo stress testing against theoretical failure states, but actual production environments may present unpredictable variables. We provide measured execution frameworks, not absolute performance assurances.
Section 6. Limitation of Liability
XelvornBitCa's aggregate liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system integration, workflow migration, or architectural deployment. Your reliance on our technical audits remains your sole responsibility.
Section 7. Governing Law and Contact
These engagements are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, with jurisdiction reserved in Toronto municipal courts. For legal inquiries, contract disputes, or formal notices, direct correspondence to our legal liaison office. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all legal communications and dispute resolution proceedings.
